Community Manager

SUMMARY:
Community Manager – Cape Town – Contract – R20k/month – IMMEDIATE START – open to all

POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for a CAPE TOWN based Digital jack/Jill of all trades to join their growing team and take on some new and exciting accounts. The said candidate must have experience managing multiple social media pages, as well as a great eye for content generation. You will report to the account manager, and must be comfortable liaising with clients.

• Be able to conceptualise and build content plans
• Manage multiple social media accounts through a scheduling software using some of the listed platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Have a strong understanding of google analytics and Facebook Ads manager to Manage and execute Ad spend that generates positive results for our clients.
• Strong creative and analytical skills
• Be able to speak the brand and develop copy that fits the tone of brands
• Experience in building reports and be able to Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
• Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
• Influencer management and experience would be advantageous
• Strong Budget management skills
• Basic design skills is preferred (Adobe or Canva)
• Strong verbal and writing skills is a must
• Strong time management
• Must be a problem solver
• MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY

General requirements

Bachelor''''s degree or equivalent

2+ years'''' experience in a social media and content generating role (preferably within an agency environment)
