Fixed term contract until March 2023
Reporting to the Engineering Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:
Ensure that data is accurate, accessible and traceable
·Ensure that policies and procedures are regularly updated
·Define and develop applicable CM standards and processes for technologies and the business taking in consideration standards, codes and client requirements
·Ensure that metadata is documented and up to date and referenced to relevant documents
·Provide clarity on project specific identification and management rules
·Administer registration and tracking of correspondence with external stakeholders
·Administer the transmittal process of sending and receiving documents
·Ensure that data is secure, accurate, traceable and the applicable information is available at the right time and place, and accessible to users
·Continuous improvement though process development and internal audits
·Adhere to applicable standards
·Ensure that users are trained on the relevant systems
·Prepare CM technology and process training for users
·Schedule audits on CM database and assist in implementing audit recommendations

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Communications, Library and Information Service or Information Management

Experience
5 years working experience in information and configuration management

Position based at Koeberg Power Station

Own accommodation and transport to and from site
