SUMMARY:
Commissions and Payroll manager

POSITION INFO:

My client is a financial services company in the Northern Suburbs looking for an experienced finance individual with experience in commissions and payroll. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company on a permanent basis and lead a small team

Responsibilities

Manage and review the commission calculations for the group and ensure all calculations are accurate
Manage all queries relating to commission and payroll
Put internal controls in place and ensure all processes are running smoothly
Ensure that payroll is processed timeously and all monthly reports are complete

Requirements

Finance degree or payroll qualification is preferred
Experience in management of commissions and payroll in financial services
Experience in calculating currency conversions
Sage Payroll experience would be advantageous
