POSITION INFO:

Our client, a respected player within the financial services industry, is seeking a Commissions Administrator to join their operations team based in Pretoria.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate processing, reconciliation, and administration of commission payments for a large network of financial advisors.
You will be responsible for managing commission statements received from various product providers, processing commission loads on internal systems, reconciling discrepancies, maintaining advisor records, and supporting reporting requirements. The role requires a highly organised individual who is comfortable working with large volumes of data while maintaining exceptional levels of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Process daily, weekly, and monthly commission transactions accurately and timeously.
Obtain and manage commission statements from various product providers.
Capture and maintain advisor and client information on internal systems.
Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies and exceptions.
Reconcile commission statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Manage advisor book transfers and book-buy import processes.
Prepare commission schedules and distribute reporting to advisors.
Coordinate information for operational reporting purposes.
Respond to commission-related queries from internal stakeholders.
Provide administrative and operational support as required.

Job Experience and Skills Required

Matric with Mathematics or Accounting.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a commission administration or commission processing role.
Financial services industry experience.
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent numerical and reconciliation abilities.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
Experience working within deadline-driven environments.
