Commercial/Civil Litigation Secretary

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial/Civil Litigation Secretary to join our Legal team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Litigation Partner/Senior Partner. Your duties will include drafting legal documents, maintaining case files, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: 

• Drafting and preparation of court and/or commercial documents.
• Filing and record keeping.
• Billing and capturing accounts.
• Ad hoc administrative functions.

• Knowledge of High Court Litigation process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of Commercial Agreements and related matters 

• Excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills.
• Knowledge and working proficiency of Legal Suite will be advantageous.
• Able to work independently and have meticulous attention to detail.
• Candidates should be based close to the Central Cape Town Area.
