SUMMARY:
CBI is looking or a seasoned Product Manager that will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle of our Smart Energy Management solutions.

POSITION INFO:

The role entails gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the long- and short-term product vision, and working closely with engineering, commercial and service delivery teams to define the core products, and ensure revenue goals and customer satisfaction targets are met. The Product Manager must also ensures that the Go-To Market and channel strategies are correctly aligned to the identified market segments.

Main Responsibilities:

To help define the long-term vision and strategy for the company''s SEM product offering.

To communicate this strategy to all of the relevant participants and stakeholders.

Assesses market competition by comparing the company''s product to competitors'' products.

Define the product strategy and  roadmap,  and  deliver  Market  Requirements Definitions  and  Product.

Requirements Definitions with prioritized features and corresponding justification.

Manage from concept, to design, initial production, testing, forecast, cost, production, promotion, support, and finally product end of tife for targeted vertical solution offerings built on the underlying  software and hardware capabilities.

Deliver to the operating plan: the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit, and return on investment for all the channels/solution categories of business.

Bring new  products  to market  by analysing  proposed  product  requirements  and product  development programs; preparing  return-on-investment  analyses; establishing time schedules  with engineering and manufacturing.

Provide inputs for formulating marketing activities in conjunction with the marketing team through research, strategic planning and implementation planning.

Compile the business plan and present to senior management for approval and updates, keeping track of costs and aligning to budget, within timeframes and specifications

Determine  product  pricing   by  utilizing  market  research  data;  reviewing technology  implementation, hardware production and sales costs; anticipating volumes; and identifying underlying cost-of-sale components.

Support business design process for the SEM solution by defining user journeys, customer lifecycles and business processes, preparing wireframes and flow diagrams

Role Requirements

  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Demonstrable skills or certifications in product management
  •  7+ years of experience in a job in the Energy Management Consulting or Energy Systems Finance market
  • Bachelor''s degree in business or marketing (MBA preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
GeneraRequirements
  • Strong communications; highly skilled in working with both local and remote stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, thorough analysis and strong analytical capability.
  • Business  analysis,  solution  design  skills  and  technical   knowledge,  especially  in  loT  and  Energy Management applications.
  • Strong team motivation and leadership with clear definition and communication of expectations, objectives and product vision.
  • Demonstrable  network  of  peers  and  contacts  in  the  Energy  Management, Renewable  Energy and Electricity Utility industries.
  • Has maintained professional and industry knowledge in the Energy Management/Utility space by attending educational workshops; rev)ewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
