POSITION INFO:
4-month Fixed Term Contract.

Join a market leader in the heavy equipment sector, supporting the commercial team by coordinating quotations, rentals, transport, sales administration and financial documentation. This is a hands-on contract role where accuracy and ownership are everything.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations, pricing schedules and commercial documentation.
Coordinate transport bookings and supplier purchase orders.
Administer rental and hire agreements, including payment schedules.
Process purchase orders, invoices and supporting financial documentation.
Maintain sales opportunities and commercial records within the ERP system.
Coordinate machine deliveries and customer documentation.
Support the sales team with commercial and customer administration.
Ensure accurate record keeping and document control

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Prepare quotations, pricing schedules and commercial documentation.
