The Role

In this role, you will be the driving force behind strategic opportunities for Business Insurance. You will cultivate high-level commercial relationships, identify emerging markets, and deliver customer-centric solutions that resonate with stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities 

• Business Development: Monitor regional sales and market data to help formulate winning strategies.

• Relationship Management: Develop and implement plans for complex customer accounts, engaging directly with key decision-makers

• Strategic Selling: Tailor presentations to meet specific customer needs and use your expertise to identify products that provide a clear rationale for agreement.

• Market Intelligence: Build a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at industry events to enhance brand visibility.

• Customer Advocacy: Act as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring professional resolution and high retention rates.

What We Are Looking For

We need a professional who rebounds from setbacks and makes sense of complex, contradictory information to solve problems effectively.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: 3–6 years of industry and commercial experience.

• Education: Matric/SAQA Accredited Equivalent

•  Accreditation: Full FAIS accreditation (150 credits) and RE 5 are essential. 

• Bonus: RE 1 is considered a strong advantage.
