A well established law firm based in Lynwood is currently recruiting for a Commercial Attorney / Junior Conveyancer

POSITION INFO:

A well established law firm based in Lynwood is currently recruiting for a Commercial Attorney / Junior Conveyancer

The candidate will work in both the Commercial and Conveyancing Department.

The candidate will attend to a wide range of duties which shall include, but not be limited to, consulting with clients, attending to junior conveyancing functions associated with the department, drafting of contracts, signing of transfer and bond documents with clients, drafting of conveyancing documents and general duties expected from an attorney / conveyancer.

The candidate will be required to work independently but also as part of a team and will report to the head of department and / or the managing director

Minimum requirements for the position:

4-year Law Degree
admitted as attorney and conveyancer;
Previous experience in commercial law and drafting of contracts;
Be a multi- tasker, diligent, be able to work independently and have excellent management skills; Have a passion for the law and commerce;
