Commercial Attorney - Gauteng - Jhb Northern Suburbs

POSITION INFO:

Our well-established client, within the financial sector, is looking to employ a Commercial Attorney to join their team at their Johannesburg offices. The ideal candidate must be well-equipped to handle high pressure environment, and have strong attributes.

Requirements:

Experience in commercial law, corporate compliance, corporate structures and negotiating
Prior experience in drafting commercial agreements
Experience in tax will be beneficial
Excellent communication skills
Sound judgement, outstanding analytical and contractual skills

Duties:

Drafting of contracts and analysing terms of agreements
Draft technical opinions
Provide practical legal advice and risk assessment
Ability to achieve tight deadlines
Invoice clients and tracking billables
Assist Line Manager/Partner with various requests
