SUMMARY:
Position: Collections Manager
Location: Fully remote ( anywhere in South Africa)
Company: Large well known ICT company
This is a very hands on role within a new division of this large ICT company. The successful candidate will be required to manage the collections process and grow the team from scratch.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:
Manage the Collections process
Manage the staff responsible for collecting debt
Reduce bad debt
Manage the Credit Vetting process
Manage the credit insurance process
Implement and maintain policies and procedures applicable to the department
Provide regular reports relating to collections and staff
Maintain and element of good customer service
Develop and maintain relationships with all stake holders in the business
Ensure staff are adequately equipped and skilled to perform tasks
Requirements:
1.     Credit Control Management experience – 5 years or more
2.     Power BI desirable
3.     Advanced Excel an absolute minimum
4. Collections process and procedures
5. Disciplinary process and procedures
6. Credit Vetting process and procedures
