We are looking for a reliable and hands-on all-rounder to join our team at a busy coffee shop in Pretoria. The successful candidate will support daily operations, with a strong focus on barista duties, customer service, and point-of-sale transactions.

Description:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages (barista duties)
• Operate the till and handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and engage positively with customers
• Assist with general shop duties, including cleaning and maintaining a welcoming environment
• Support team members during busy periods
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards

• Previous barista experience is essential
• Experience working on a till / POS system
• Strong customer service skills
• Good communication skills
