POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive company vehicles according to assigned schedules and routes.
Deliver and collect parcels and freight punctually and safely.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any faults or damage.
Complete all required delivery documentation accurately, including waybills and proof of delivery.
Adhere strictly to road traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and management.
Assist with loading and unloading parcels when necessary.
Report any delivery issues, accidents, or delays promptly.
Uphold excellent customer service standards at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

Valid Code 08 or Code 10 Driver’s License with a Professional Driving Permit (PrDP)
Minimum 2 years driving experience (preferably in courier, logistics, or freight industries)
Clean driving record, with no major accidents or traffic violations
Good knowledge of road networks and GPS navigation
Physically fit to handle parcels and vehicle operation
Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
Customer service oriented
