Clinical Facilitator (Professional Nurse)

SUMMARY:
Opportunity for a professional nurse with Nursing Education Diploma to pursue a career as Clinical Facilitator at a hospital situated in Pretoria.

POSITION INFO:

Responsible for the facilitation of teaching and learning of the theoretical and clinical component in a clinical environment.

• Provide latest nursing education
• Evaluate and support students in the hospital wards
• Establish partnerships between the hospital clinical teams and the  education team to ensure continous professional development and improvement of nursing skillls and nursing care
• Audit quality improvement programmes
• Active involvement in research activites 

Education & Experience:

Nursing Diploma/Degree and SANC 2021 registered

Post basic Nursing Education qualification (essential)

Assessor & Moderator trained (preferred)

5 yrs+ Clinical nursing experience within a multi-disciplinary hospital (private hospital)

Computer proficient
