About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Facilitator to join our growing healthcare team in Gauteng. The successful candidate will support the development and clinical competency of our healthcare professionals while ensuring high standards of care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate clinical training, orientation, and ongoing development for nursing and healthcare staff.
Support clinical competency assessments and staff development.
Identify training and development needs within the organisation.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and clinical support to staff.
Assist with onboarding and competency assessments for healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate training and competency records.
Promote compliance with relevant healthcare standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Support quality and compliance initiatives within the organisation.
Work closely with internal teams to support the development and performance of healthcare professionals.
Keep up to date with relevant healthcare regulations and clinical requirements.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse qualification.
Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
Relevant clinical nursing experience.
Previous experience as a Clinical Facilitator, Nursing Educator, or in a similar role will be advantageous.
Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of healthcare standards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for supporting and developing healthcare professionals.
