Minimum Requirements:

• A relevant degree in healthcare, business, or a related field (essential)
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare environment
• Experience and knowledge of general business and financial management and strategic planning & execution
• Sound understanding of the private healthcare industry

• Ensure smooth and effective day-to-day clinic operations
• Drive and achieve financial performance targets
• Marketing and promotion of clinic services
• Build and manage strong relationships with doctors and other key stakeholders
• Oversee people management, including staffing, development, and performance
• Implement and monitor quality assurance systems
• Ensure compliance with governance, legal, and risk management standards
