Client Support Consultant (Financial)

SUMMARY:
Our Client is looking for a Client Support Consultant on a 12 month contract .

POSITION: CLIENT SUPPORT CONSULTANT

AREA:  RIVONIA, JOHANNESBURG

CTC: R 360,000.00 – R 420,000.00 PER ANNUM

START DATE: 1 APRIL 2021

EE/AA: ALL

Our Client is looking for a Client Support Consultant on a 12 month contract who will be a part of their services delivery team, with expectations around excellence and efficient resolution for application configuration, documentation, client liaison and service including incident management and business process resolution for the businesses located primarily in South Africa and Africa with focus on Financial aspects of the company.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma with accounting focus, with at least 10 years’ experience
• General Ledger/Financial Statements and Reports
• Knowledge of best practices for month-end and/or year-end closing reconciliations
• Excellent English verbal and written skills
• Experience in a Non-Corporate – Environments
• Prior experience prioritizing and managing business-critical issues
• Detailed understanding of: Cash, Inventory and Financial Cycles in a FMCG environment (Optional)
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in the FMCG sector.(Optional)
• Retail and distribution business process flow, knowledge and experience. (Optional)
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication
• Ability to work with team members or alone
• Reliability and punctuality
• Prepared to work non-standard office hours
• Are of good health and sober habits.
• Possesses reliable transport.
• Successfully complete 1 assessments (Accounting)

DUTIES INCLUDE

• Self-starter abilities are essential and the aptitude to work independently and in a team environment. Acts as a liaison between client and specialist internal resources
• Excellent client liaison and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to troubleshoot retail and distribution software matters within our software system in a professional manner – (post training)
• Ensuring Service Quality levels are maintained and adhered to
• Reviewing outstanding matters, complete appropriate hand-off in conjunction with SLAs
• Ability to complete projects timeously
