Role : Client Servicing Transaction Specialist
Location : Cape Town

Job Spec

Client servicing transactions in a backlog
(I need people to process client requests for certain servicing transactions)
1. The will evaluate forms and supporting documents submitted by clients against business rules
2. If this submission passes our evaluation and is deemed compliant, the person will need to process this instruction onto our systems.

1. Retirements (multi-touch process with higher number of business rules)
This is when a client decides to disinvestment from his / her Pre-retirement investment and use the proceeds from that investment to purchase a post-retirement investment product eg, Living annuity

2. Disinvestments (medium complexity relative to Retirements)
This is when a client wants to withdraw their investment and have the proceeds paid into their personal bank account
3. Switches (low complexity)
This is when a client decided to switch money from one unit trust into another but within the same Old Mutual contract
4.Change of personal details eg, update beneficiary details (lowest complexity however high risk)
This is when a client wants to perform certain policy updates such as update their address or bank details
