JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

  • You must be a registered CA(SA)
  • Post article experience of not less than a year
  • You must have a strong comprehension of technical tax concepts
Job description
  • You will be fostering and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service
  • You will be up-selling to existing clients to expand the service offering
  • You will be overseeing and managing the client onboarding, documentation request and receipt, claim compilation and hand over to the Submissions team.
  • You will constantly be monitoring claims which need to be handed over for preparation as well as claims which need to be submitted
  • You will be managing the relationships with intermediaries who provide claim documentation to ensure that they are providing the client with the required documents swiftly. The parties involved include clients, tax authorities worldwide, various banks, processing agents and the internal processing team
  • You will be managing the client support team
  • You will be involved in client updates and reporting
