An established financial services client is seeking a Client Services Consultant (LISP) to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with a keen interest in investments to step into a client-facing role that offers both challenge and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound queries from clients and financial advisers across a range of investment products
• Follow up on client instructions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing
• Resolve queries related to instructions, products, systems, and fund performance
• Maintain clear communication via phone and email, meeting strict service level targets
• Build strong internal relationships to support service delivery
• Maintain accurate client records and support database maintenance
• Identify service and process improvements as part of a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure alignment with TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) principles in daily interactions

Minimum Requirements:

• Financial or Business-related degree (NQF Level 7)
• 1–2 years'' experience in a client service or administrative environment, preferably in financial services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Interest in finance and investment management
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
