Provide administrative support to a demanding professional team. Perform complex and specialized tasks. Collects, compiles and analyses complex data and information.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your strong financial/figure knowledge will assist you in financial reporting, budgets and project related matters.

Requirements:

Matric with BCom Degree OR relevant 3-year Business Administration qualification
Matric with Maths, Accountancy will be to your advantage
Afrikaans understanding and basic speaking - must be able to hold a broken conversation
Minimum of 5 - 7 years client services experience - financial services space will be to your advantage
Strong computer skills

Duties:

Manage complaints and complex enquiries
Relief to Client Liaison
Coordinate and project manage communication distribution and Annual General Meetings logistics
Co-ordinate Dividend payment & manage reconciliations
Assist with managing transfer secretary service level agreement
Financial Reporting and Budget control
Reconciliations
Ad-hoc office administration
Assist with projects
