POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator in Port Elizabeth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the intersection of operations, customer service, and technical support.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills (especially English)
• 1–2 years’ experience in a coordination or administrative role, ideally within a service delivery environment
• Reliable transport
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• Manage the scheduling and smooth rollout of new service installations from start to finish
• Serve as the central link between internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Monitor ongoing projects, anticipate potential challenges, and resolve resource or scheduling issues proactively
• Organize and oversee both planned and urgent maintenance visits for existing clients
• Ensure service commitments are consistently achieved by tracking technician assignments and job completion
• Maintain detailed and compliant records of all service activities for reporting purposes
• Communicate updates clearly, respond to customer queries, and address concerns with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with sales, technical staff, contractors, and operations to align service outcomes with client expectations
• Contribute to planning sessions to forecast demand and allocate resources effectively
• Promote a strong customer-focused culture by ensuring every interaction demonstrates reliability and respect
