SUMMARY:
One of the world’s leading international retail digital businesses providing services in freight, warehousing, installation, tracking and maintenance is seeking a Client Service Administrator to manage clients and the efficient liaising with internal stakeholders.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Grade 12/Matric.
Project Management certification (advantageous).
Experience with managing projects including controlling tasks, risks, plans, change, budgets, communications.
Experience in liaising and communicating effectively with business stakeholders on project management process and milestones.
Proven ability to effectively work as part of a team and deliver deadlines on time.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Driven and accountable and able to adapt to a high performing company culture.
Resolve challenges through analysis and decisive intervention.
Ability to work under pressure.
Meticulous and strong attention to detail.
Presentable with excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Able to work in an ever changing and high pressure environment.
A team player with good interpersonal skills.
Motivated, Calm and Professional.

Duties and responsibilities:

Generation of cost estimates aligned with the client rate card.
Call centre operation.
Proactively engaging with the ops teams to agree key priorities and focus.
Ensure job cards are loaded on time and the jobs are planned according to the SLA.
Ensure suppliers execute jobs within the agreed SLA.
Manage any operation and execution issues effectively with the client to manage client expectations.
Ensure all reporting deadlines are met and all reports are provided to the client on time.
Ensure campaign trackers are managed and updated daily.
