About the Role
Our client is seeking a driven and client-focused Retention Agent to build and maintain strong client relationships, increase trading activity, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone with forex industry experience who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about client engagement and long-term account growth.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Generating and developing trading volume from new clients
Ensure responsible trading and compliance to all regulations and company policies
Provide training to clients on the use of the Company platform and deposit process
Successfully present products by utilizing effective sales and persuasion skills in addition to solid product knowledge and compliance regulations
Ensure all information on new activations are completed accurately
Ensure the constant flow of business to the department
Complete special projects, and miscellaneous duties as requested by Management

Requirements

RE5 Certification (advantageous)
2+ years of works experience in Forex industry and same position or related
Fluent in English (both written and oral)
Self-motivated and target driven
Proactive in daily tasks, positive personality
The desire to work for result
Excellent negotiation skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Dynamic and innovative
Self-motivated and target oriented
Strong computer literacy
Eligible to work in South Africa
