We are seeking a proactive and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving the success of social media campaigns. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing strategic guidance, managing expectations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and requests.
• Understand clients’ goals, brand, and industry to provide tailored social media strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, analytics) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
• Manage client expectations and ensure the delivery of high-quality work that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Identify opportunities
• Prepare and present regular reports, proposals, and campaign reviews to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.
• Handle any client complaints or issues promptly and professionally, seeking to resolve them to the client’s satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably within a social media or digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
