Client Relationship Executive

As a Client Relationship Executive within our teams, you will be managing our current client portfolio with aim of growing existing clients and mapping out the market to ensure that we growing up market dominance

You will work closely with our leadership team to understand the market that you are targeting.  Engaging with world class clients will be one of your directives whilst charming some clients within Corporate SA with your excellent service delivery.

We offer an intensive 3 week Recruitment Sales training to assist you with your transition and calibration to our industry.  Once completed, you are guided by our highly skilled Talent Team to ensure that you fully grasp and understand our business and your objectives.

What do you need to apply?
If you have 2 – 3 years’ experience within a recruitment business in a client liaison role, with one or two achievements along the way, we are waiting to hear from you!

As the selected candidate you will be required to:

• Building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients
• Collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives.
• Repeat business through developing and maintaining healthy client relationships.
• Evaluating current business performance and maximising business reach and potential
• Demonstrated understanding of the recruitment industry.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
• Demonstrated business acumen through identifying opportunities and growing business.
• Demonstrated service orientation.
• Continuous improvement of recruitment practices through self-reflection
• General accepted conduct (individual and team)

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree

• 2-4 years Recruitment  experience ( in a 360 environment)
• Finance or IT recruitment experience will be advantageous.
• Proven track record
