Client Relations Consultant/ Customer Care (JB1867)

Cape Town CBD

R15 000 – 18 000 CTC per Month

+ Performance related incentives

Overview

Global company requires a professional Client Relations Consultant with at least 12 months relevant experience within the corporate sector.

Minimum Requirements:

Completed Bachelor’s degree with a Marketing related major

1 + years Customer care/ service experience

Excellent oral and written skills in English

Excellent computer literacy

Ability to multitask and maintain a high-level of organization

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

Liaising with clients via email and telephone in a professional manner

Performing client portfolio analysis and taking action where required

Promoting available products and services to clients

Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients

Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results
