Job Title: Client Liaison & Internal Sales Consultant – Vaulting Industry
Location: Sandton, Johannesburg
Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Every second Saturday: 09:00 – 12:00

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, polished, and friendly Client Liaison & Internal Sales Consultant to join our prestigious vaulting facility in Sandton. This is a front-facing, client-centric role ideal for someone who thrives on building trusted relationships with high-net-worth individuals, delivering world-class service, and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact to final sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients—both new and existing

• Provide personalized service and assistance in a high-end, secure environment

• Manage inbound inquiries, client visits, and follow-up communication

• Assist with internal sales and upselling of services based on client needs

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery

• Maintain accurate records and CRM data

• Support occasional events or VIP appointments when required

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Exceptionally well-groomed, presentable, and professional

• Warm, bubbly, and engaging personality with excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven ability to engage with high-net-worth clients and maintain discretion

• Sales-savvy, with an understanding of luxury or high-trust environments

• Well-organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate (a relevant tertiary qualification is a plus)

• 2+ years’ experience in client service, front office, or internal sales

• Fluent in English (other South African languages an advantage)

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

• Must be available to work every second Saturday from 09:00–12:00
