Client Liaison Officer (Internal Sales)

Market -related Salary

Epping, Cape Town

Purpose of the job

To support the sales team by acting as the client liaison relating to orders, promotions and pricing.

Key Responsibilities

? Initiating contact with customers to confirm orders where relevant sales rep is unable to do so
? Ensure that orders are executed promptly and accurately when receiving orders from customers
? Keep customers informed throughout the process whilst their orders are being prepared and
relay information regarding unavailable stock etc
? Resolve any stock and system related queries that may arise at any point in time
? Ensure that a back order list is received from the warehouse on a daily basis to inform the
customers and to assist customers in making alternative arrangements where necessary
? Routine communication with the creditors department is critical to confirm if customer’s accounts
are on hold and relay relevant information to sales rep
? Assist Warehouse and Operations teams during stock take
? Regular communication with sales reps if their customers are experiencing any issues or have any
queries
? You may be required to assist with other tasks as and when operationally require

Qualification and Experience

? Matric / Grade 12 as a minimum requirement
? Minimum 3 years Sales administration experience
? Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
? Ability to multi task
? Support sales representative
? Clean driver’s license and reliable car
