Client Liaison Officer

SUMMARY:

KEY OUTPUTS
 
Manage the Company Covid Telephone Line
Manage and deal with patients and/or patients family enquiries
Liaising with Specialists Doctors regarding patient/family enquiries
Engage with external and internal stakeholders at a senior/executive level
Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and best practices
Strong customer relations
Ability to handle difficult patients
Telephonic duties
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
High energy levels and tolerance for stress/pressure
Problem analysis/solving skills and accurate record-keeping
Perform ad hoc duties as and when required

POSITION INFO:



REQUIREMENTS
 
Matric
Relevant Public Relations/Marketing or Social Worker Tertiary qualification will be advantageous
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar position
Previous experience in a Private Hospital is advantageous
Previous experience in customer service
Excellent computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual / Multilingual will be advantageous
Work overtime when required
Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel between hospitals
