**THIS POSITION REQUIRES MOTOR DEALERSHIP/ PANEL SHOP EXPERIENCE**
 
Our client, a preeminent Autobody Repair Shop in the greater Winelands, known for its exceptional auto detailing services, is looking for an outgoing and personable individual to join their team as a Client Liaison Officer. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication between them and the panel beating team. Your responsibilities will include managing client communication, delivering excellent customer service, handling all administrative tasks, overseeing quality assurance, and collaborating closely with technicians to understand job details and timelines. You will relay important information between the technical team and customers to ensure clarity on the repair progress. To be successful in this front-facing role, you should be well-groomed, articulate, and have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or client relations, preferably within a dealership or autobody repair environment and have familiarity with automotive terminology and repair processes.

Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License and own vehicle
A minimum of 2 years of customer service/customer relations experience in a Motor Dealership or Autobody Repair Shop.
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Extremely well groomed and presented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Above average problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented
A strong, confident and outgoing personality
A clear understanding of a Dealership/Autobody Repair Shop Workshop processes
Contractable references
