Client Liaison | Pomona

POSITION INFO:

Managed People Solutions is in search of a Client Liason position for an company based in Pomona AH, Kemptorn Park

The Company was established in 2006 to develop software and products for the logistic sector. Their senior management has in excess of 50 years combined experience in the logistics industry including operational, management, solution, Customs and software product experience. They therefore understand the industry, the challenges it faces, the solutions that are currently on offer as well as the industry language.

In 2013, they extended their solution to the Pharmaceutical sector. Since launching their first product in this sector, they''ve successfully implemented solutions in a number of countries in Africa and Europe and have gained extensive experience in compliance requirements for the various regions

Key responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand client needs
Utilise knowledge of warehouse and logistics to assist client with understanding the required solution
Communication and briefing with development team around the specifications of the solution to be developed

Requirements

Relevant qualification in supply chain / logistics management or industrial engineering
Good knowledge of warehouse management and logistics processes
Good communication skills
Very tech savvy and good understanding of cloud based solutions
