POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates with a proven track record in call centre or telesales environments, looking to contribute to a high-performing team without cold-calling responsibilities.

Location: Table View, Cape Town

Basic Salary: R10,000 per month

On-Target Earnings : Up to R18,000 per month

Primary Responsibilities:

Book and convert leads into appointments for our product specialists in the field.
Work closely with our dedicated marketing team, which manages all brand campaigns from social media to TV.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a call centre or telesales role.
Reside in or near Table View.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Demonstrated success in achieving targets and KPIs in a telesales or call centre environment.
