We are seeking a reliable and organized Clerk to provide administrative support within a busy marine project environment. The role involves managing timesheets, inventory records, and general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Time sheet control and processing
Inventory tracking and control support
General administrative and office duties
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Requirements:

Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with security protocols
Ability to obtain Secret-level Security Clearance

Project Overview:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering firm for a major Marine contract based at Simonstown Dockyard. The contract duration is 12 months, with mobilization set for September 2025.
