SUMMARY:
Our client in the Public Sector has an opportunity available for a Withdrawals Claims Clerk in the Johannesburg area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Grade 12
  Minimum of 1 to 2 years related experience in an admin environment.
• Contributions experience would be an advantage
• Good attendance record and reliability
• Intermediate MS Office/PC skills
• Problem Solving and able to work under pressure
• Able to adapt to change

• Administration of withdrawal/retrenchment claims
• Calculating benefits payable
• Corresponding with members or employers via mail, e-mail or telephonically
• Completing and submitting necessary statistical reports
• Preparing claims for payment of benefits on the Workflow and mainframe systems
