SUMMARY:
Our client in the Retirement Fund Industry has an opportunity available for a Claims Clerk - Monthly Pensions, in the CBD area of Johannesburg. .

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Grade 12
Numerical skills
Good attendance and reliability
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in claims administration and/or 3 year’s surplus related experience
PC skills (Excel)
Navigation of mainframe system

Duties:

Administration of Claims nationally and internationally (Death, Retirement & Monies in Trust).
Corresponding with members/beneficiaries in receipt of a pension/Installment via mail or email.
Calculating various benefits payable.
Completing and submitting necessary statistical reports.
Handling of tax queries and issuing certificates.
Customer queries relating to pension maintenance and general enquiries
