An experienced Chef de Partie with extensive experience in the grill section, is sought to join the kitchen brigade of this 4* hotel

Requirements:

Matric with a recognized Culinary Qualification
Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in high-end restaurants
Be able to work in a team
Creative, applying attention to detail
Passion for cooking and fine dining with sound culinary skills
Ability to work under pressure
Be able to work shifts
Clean work record with contactable references
