Our client, a luxury lodge in the Eastern Cape, is seeking a experienced Fine Dining Chef to join their culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating exceptional dishes, a strong background in fine dining, and the ability to work in a high-end lodge environment. Overseas experience will be and added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present fine dining dishes 
• Develop seasonal menus 
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet high culinary standards
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and kitchen organization
• Train and mentor kitchen staff
• Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to enhance guest experiences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a fine dining, hospitality or lodge setting.
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of international and contemporary cuisine
• Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently in a lodge environment
• Attention to detail
• Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications
• Willing to work shifts which will include weekends
