SUMMARY:
A prestigious wine estate in Stellenbosch is seeking a CHEF DE PARTIE (fixed-term) to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
The ideal candidate for this position will hold a Culinary Arts qualification, have previous experience working as a Chef de Partie, and will be comfortable dealing with distinguished clientele.

Candidate requirements:

Must have a Culinary Certificate/Diploma
Own transport with a valid driver’s license/Reliable transport
Minimum of at least 2-3 years of previous experience as a CDP
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments and across cultures and religions
Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele
Be punctual and self-disciplined
Must have an eye for detail
Have an excellent food portfolio when applying

This is a live-out position.
