Key Responsibilities

• Test chatbot and AI-powered applications for accuracy, functionality, and user experience.
• Execute functional, regression, API, and integration testing.
• Identify, log, and track defects.
• Validate AI-generated responses and user journeys.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to improve solution quality.

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years' experience in Software Testing or QA.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar testing tools.
• Understanding of SQL and database validation.
• ISTQB certification and automation testing experience are advantageous.
• Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar is highly desirable.
