JOB DESCRIPTION:

Certification Administrator – REMOTE - SALARY R10 000 Per Month plus R350 Internet allowance The incumbent must however have stable internet connectivity. Looking for candidates that would be willing to work shifts. The incumbent will be involved in attesting certificates of origin and other export-related documents, as well as performing reception duties and a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES • Certify certificates of origin and other export documents • Handling of money • Perform reception, invoicing, and administrative duties QUALIFICATION / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS REQUIRED • Minimum requirement for the vacancy is a Matric qualification • Export documentation/process knowledge • Reception and customer care skills • Have at least 3 years of related experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Numeracy skills • Ability to prioritise tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment • Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Word and Excel For more information email your CV, notice period, current salary, and salary requirements to Your CV must include A photo, your residential address, DOB, notice period, current/last salary, and mode of transport.
