JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for:

Discipline is maintained
Effective communication is practiced
Activities are planned annually and reviewed quarterly
Feedback is provided to the Regional Manager as stipulated
Efficient control is exercised over food and operating equipment stocks
Equipment and assets are cared for and safe guarded
Cash procedures are maintained and variances in cash investigated and resolved
