Our client is looking for an experienced Catering Manager with 3-4 years plus experience in Solid Catering to medium size units.

Salary – Medical aid and pension

Min Requirements

Matric

Hospitality Certificate or Diploma – Advantageous

3-4 years catering management experience

Able to manage 50 + staff members

3 years plus experience in functions

Customer relationship skills

Great Communication Skills

HACCP experience

Food Safety experience

Health and Safety experience

Requirements

Operates and Manages the Catering Department

Attend to all supplier purchases and safe storekeeping

Stock take Management

Budgets and Controls

Staff rostering, hiring and HR
Attend to companies’ audits – experience essential

Staff training

Enhance customer service

Manage food production and quality

Manages the planning, budget and execution of all functions

Solid track record
