Hospitality Certificate or Diploma – Advantageous
3-4 years catering management experience
Able to manage 50 + staff members
3 years plus experience in functions
Customer relationship skills
Great Communication Skills
HACCP experience
Food Safety experience
Health and Safety experience

Operates and Manages the Catering Department
Attend to all supplier purchases and safe storekeeping
Stock take Management
Budgets and Controls
Staff rostering, hiring and HR
Attend to companies’ audits – experience essential
Staff training
Enhance customer service
Manage food production and quality
Manages the planning, budget and execution of all functions
