Our client in the Catering industry are looking for a dynamic Catering Manager to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
NQF Level 6 qualification in Hospitality/Catering Management or related field
5 years’ catering or hospitality management experience
Experience in staff, stock, budget and supplier management
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
