Job description:

  • Record incoming and outgoing monies in cashbook from various retail stores
  • Allocates expenses to various accounts
  • Balancing of cashbook timeously
  • Reconcile cashbook to bank statements
  • Reconcile inter-bank transfers
  • Liaise with Financial Manager regarding cash flow forecast and management
  • Posting of cashbook entries to general ledger
