An established Financial Services firm based in Randburg is looking to hire a dynamic Cashbook Administrator to join their growing team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

An established Financial Services firm based in Randburg is looking to hire a dynamic Cashbook Administrator to join their growing team.

You will oversee the full administration function of cashbooks. Your duties include but are not limited too working on online banking platforms and Xero Accounting, inter-company transfers, daily cashflow, forecasting and reports, bank reconciliations for various bank accounts, allocations of payments and receipts, downloading of bank statements, updating spreadsheets, assisting with audit requests and any ad hoc duties that may be required of you.

Education Requirements:

BCom in Finance/Accounting or studying towards

Job Requirements and Skills:

3 to 5 years’ experience in cashbook role essential
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is essential
Microsoft 365 experience advantageous
Exposure to SMEs
Xero Accounting experience will be preferred
Ability to take initiative, learn quickly and deadline driven
Ability to work in high pressure environment
Team Player
