Case Manager

SUMMARY:
A private hospital is looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join its patient services team. This role suits a clinically experienced professional who enjoys working with people, co-ordinating care, and ensuring patients receive the best treatment while ensuring that hospital processes run smoothly

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on clinical nursing experience, ideally within medical, surgical, ICU, or High Care units
• Registered Nurse Qualification is a requirement
• Solid understanding of medical aid scheme rules and hospital authorisation procedures is required
• Strong working knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT® coding systems is essential
• Must be a Registered/Professional Nurse with current and valid SANC registration
• Proven experience working in Case Management within a hospital setting is essential
