Leading Banking concern is seeking a dynamic Card Stock Consultant for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

The role involves end to end functions of card stock management.

Responsibilities:
• End to end management of card stock functions
• Monitoring of cards stock level at kiosks, warehouse (courier company) and card
manufacturer – bulk stock
• Manage and maintain relationships with the field services, card stock manufacturer as
well as with the courier company
• When required request quotations for bulk stock orders
• Follow up on orders and deliveries to stay within timelines in SLA
• Generate perso files on Smartvista

Advise card stock manufacturer and courier company of respective files
• Tracking of card production at Perso Bureau
• Issue delivery instruction to courier company for card stock replenishment
• Constant monitoring of card stock levels at kiosks
• Assisting with the processing of internal journal entries
• Weekly and monthly MIS
• Assist with queries and exception handling
• Validation of invoices from the manufacturer and courier company
