POSITION INFO:

CARD STOCK CLERK

R25000

SANDTON

Contract position for 12 months. Client requires grade 12, advanced Excel skills and experience in the monitoring of the stock of cards, including relationships with card manufacturer, courier company and the stock levels. Process internal journal entries and assist with queries. Sound card stock control experience required within the Financial Services Industry. Candidate must be accurate, communicate effectively and able to solve problems.

Responsibilities:

End to end management of card stock functions
Monitoring of cards stock level at kiosks, warehouse (courier company) and card manufacturer – bulk stock
Manage and maintain relationships with the field services, card stock manufacturer as well as with the courier company
When required request quotations for bulk stock orders
Follow up on orders and deliveries to stay within timelines in SLA
Generate perso files on Smartvista
