A busy and fast-paced car wash in Table View is looking for a reliable and experienced Car Wash Manager to lead and manage daily operations.

Location: Table View, Cape Town 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate staff activities
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Manage stock and supplies
• Handle staff scheduling and attendance
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
• Monitor performance and drive productivity

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role (car wash experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
